Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We ship across the UK. Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 working days and costs £3.99. Orders over £25 qualify for free standard delivery.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and unused. To start a return, email us at mac@melybeauty.com with your order number.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
